CE-Starのニホンゴが上手になったらしい

バージョン2.8 R3aに至って、WM Smartphone Edition/WM Standardでも使えるようになったとか。

Since 2.8 R3a, CE-Star provides better Japanese support than previous versions. These improvements include:

1. Allow Japanese standalone installation without Chinese support.
2. New Japanese IME (using Romaji) to enable the user inputting Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana quickly and easily. Large vocabulary for Kanji/Katakana conversion, makes the user inputting faster.
3. Improved Japanese Kanji font display in small font size and better Kana display in big font size.
4. One-Stop Japanese support solution for Windows Mobile based devices, including Japanese Enabler, input method and localizing optimization on application level.
5. Support WM5 and WM6, Pocket PC and Smartphone both. Also support WM2003/2003SE.

ホントかな？わくわく。試したいけど、日本語が使えないWindows Mobileを持ってないよ。スマートフォン・エディションでホントに日本語が入力できるようになったのか、試してみたいなあ。
